Meet MCS at Futurebuild 2023

MCS is yet again partnering with Futurebuild when the industry’s premier event returns to ExCeL London 7-9 March 2023.

This year, we are sponsoring the Energy Café within the Energy Section among exhibitors involved in designing, supplying and installing energy generating products and systems across the UK.

Our MCS café will provide an interactive setting for your conversations relating to the growing industry green skills, the importance of battery storage, and the development of the Future Homes Standard.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see the MCS Data Dashboard in action, our brand-new, dynamic platform, which tracks the adoption and distribution of small-scale renewable installations across the UK in near-real-time.

Sign up now or at the event and we can help you identify how to best use the MCS Data Dashboard so you can highlight opportunities, trends and potential barriers for renewable installations. Register free ahead of the event at datadashboard.mcscertified.com.

Industry-leading insights and networking

As part of this year’s impressive schedule of presentations and seminars at Futurebuild, we will be hosting panel discussions with a broad range of experts from the renewable energy and heating industry.

On day two, Wednesday 8th March, at 4.30pm, Ian Rippin, our CEO, will be joining key industry voices to discuss the Future Homes Standard and how domestic solar energy can create net zero ready homes.

Joining Ian on the panel will be:

The panel will focus on the opportunities and barriers in the new-build sector. Solar Energy UK has outlined that the Government must adopt the highest energy efficiency levels possible in the new building regulations so that the potential for solar can be maximised.

On day three, Thursday 9th March, at 2.30pm, Lucy McKenzie, our Technical Officer, will be presenting about renewable technologies on new-build homes on the Energy Stage.

Lucy will be explaining the changes in building regulations coming into force in 2025, that mandate the electrification of heat in new build homes. Come along to hear more about the technologies offered by MCS, such as heat pumps, solar PV and battery storage.
