Over the Festive and New Year period, please note that there will be some temporary changes to the opening hours of the Customer Support Helpdesk:

Friday 6 December – 8.00am – 4.00pm

Tuesday 24 December – 8.00am – 2.00pm

Wednesday 25 December – Closed (Bank Holiday)

Thursday 26 December – Closed (Bank Holiday)

Friday 27 December – Closed

Monday 30 December – Closed

Tuesday 31 December – Closed

Wednesday 1 January 2025 – Closed (Bank Holiday)

From Thursday 2 January 2025, the usual opening hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm resume.
