The MCS Installer Experience – Share your Views

MCS has commissioned some research so that we can hear directly from our Installers what your experience is of MCS and its Standards, as well as the associated Certification Bodies and Consumer Codes.

We want you to tell us so that we can better support you and your business, and to contribute to the work we are doing to streamline the installer journey and make standards simpler to comply with.

Help us to identify what works well, what needs improving and what needs to change. Please answer the questions honestly and accurately and note that this is not an assessment of your compliance with the scheme.
